terms and conditions:

• At any point during the first 30 days after delivery Fools In Progress will accept return of the masks for any reason at all if you are not happy with your purchase
• Masks must be in the bags they came in and be undamaged
• Return postage costs are the buyers responsibility 
• Should a buyer wish to return a purchase simply email Info@foolsinprogress.com.au with the subject "Return request" and the account details where you would like your refund paid. We will reply with our return address 
• Once we receive the delivery we will is inspect the masks and issue your refund within 24 hours via bank transfer.

5 YEAR WARRANTY ON MASKS ONLY

terms and conditions: 

• At any point during the first 5 years after a buyer accepts delivery of a mask from Fools In Progress we will accept return of any broken or defective mask for any reason (regardless of the cause or amount of damage) and replace or repair it to 'like new' condition free of charge.
• To request a replacement or repair simply email info@foolsinprogress.com.au with the subject "repair/replacement request" please include 3 photos  1 of the front of the mask, 1 of the back of the mask and 1 photo that clearly shows the issue with the mask. We will then reply with an address for you to post to.
• Masks should be posted inside the bags they came in and then placed in protective packaging to avoid further damage in the post 
• Buyer must include a LARGE self addressed, postage paid satchel for your replacement to be sent back in. ensuring the  size is big enough to allow for protective packaging. Fools In Progress can not return your mask without protective packaging and the return postage satchel must fit over the mask and the box we post it in.
• Each mask can be returned up to two times within the 5 year period free of charge. additional repairs or replacements will incur a fee of $80 Australian dollars as this level of regularity in damage would indicate improper storage, usage or intentional damage of masks that Fools In Progress has created to be and considered 'more or less unbreakable' 
• Once we receive your mask we will asses whether it will be repaired or replaced and email you to let you know.
• Elastic repair, replacement and adjustments are not considered damage and are not covered under the warranty which applies only to the physical 3d printed mask. if you require elastic adjustment or replacement please see our "MASK CARE' page for easy to follow instructions on how to remove, measure and attach elastic to your mask.

SHOWS AND WORKSHOPS

• Fools In Progress Theatre Company will match the price of a comparable show/ workshop or combination show /+workshop  
•  Payment for shows and workshops becomes due upon confirmation of booking
• Once confirmed, any bookings cancelled with less than two weeks notice will not be eligable for a refund.
